Energy Manager Smart Tracker
An issue has been identified by our monitoring system in a third-party cloud component used to process telemetry data. The service has been restarted, however provisioned devices are currently reported as disconnected, since data from the past hour has to be re-processed.
 
Realtime data is unavailable, however no long-term data loss is expected since live telemetries never stopped being ingested.
 
An ETA for the realtime processing restoration will be provided as soon as it is available.
