The notification has been auto-closed.The IoT service provider has reported an incident impacting the telemetry ingestion.
Devices connected through the ABB Ability™ Edge Industrial Gateway may unable to connect to the cloud.

Recovery is in progress. Connectivity has been restored by the IoT hub service provider.
Devices should start being reported as connected.

An issue has been identified with the DNS (Domain Name System) providing the ability.abb domain name. The incident has been escalated to the service provider.

The supplier has restored the service.
However, due to how the DNS system work, it might take up to 30 minutes to get the fix propagates among all the DNS servers.
We expect Energy Manager portal to be available for most of the users as writing.
