Provisioning services have been restored. Nevertheless, the provisioning of new devices and the deletion of existing devices are still unavailable.

Current impacts are:

Inability to provision new devices and to remove existing ones

Existing devices should work as expected.

The following gateways are impacted:

ABB Ability Edge Industrial Gateway
ABB Lite Panel Pro

The ABB Ekip Com Hub gateway is not impacted.

Major outage April 14, 2026, 6:52 a.m.

We advise to avoid any maintenance operation on the ABB Ability Edge Industrial Gateways and cloud-connected ABB Lite Panel Pro.

The service provider is still working with the recovery of the system.
