Degraded Invitation emails not being delivered

We are aware of an issue related to user invitation emails from https://sitemanager.ability.abb/ not being delived to invited users.

Update posted on Sept. 3, 2024, 8:37 a.m.

The incident has been resolved. Now invitation emails are correctly delivered to users.

Update posted on Sept. 2, 2024, 3:50 p.m.

As a workaround please proceed as following:

Inform the invited user via an alternative communication channel to login on https://sitemanager.ability.abb/
Proceed as usual, accepting the invitation from the Profile Menu > Sites
