We are experiencing a delay in processing the telemetry data of devices.

Devices might appear as disconnected. No telemetry data is lost.

The issue has been resolved and all devices' analytics are in realtime since Oct. 8th 1:00 PM UTC.

IMPACT
Devices might be reported as disconnected by the web portal; the backlog of unprocessed messages is currently being processed. No telemetry data is expected to be lost.

ROOT CAUSE
A temporary misbehave in a third party component caused some telemetry to not being processed in realtime. The data processing was recovered, however, to keep data consistency the affected data is being re-processed.
